Please ensure your system is ready to deploy Faddom by checking the Installation Prerequisites. Then follow these 4 simple steps to ramp-up quickly.
1. Download
Connect to Faddom's support website (https://download.faddom.com/) and download the latest Server installation – “Faddom Discover Server--Setup.exe”, or the virtual appliance “Faddom Discover Server Appliance - .ova”. The server installation already includes the sensor installation files
2. Deploy
Install the Faddom Server on a Windows server (not on your desktop/laptop), or deploy the Virtual
Appliance Server (Faddom Server VA) to a VMWare ESX host.

3. Login
To access the Faddom Web UI, use HTTPS://<Faddom-Server> from a browser. Chrome browser is recommended.
To login to the UI for the first time:
Linux – You will be required to define the password for the administrator user the first time that you connect to the UI
Windows – When installing on Windows, the UI uses the integrated Windows authentication. The user that will have access to the UI after the installation is the user that ran the installer.
