How to Exclude Subnets from Discovery

Sometimes, for various reasons, it is necessary to exclude certain subnets from your Application Maps/Discovery. In order to do so follow the below instructions

  1. Go into Settings
    ​

  2. Click on Discovery Scope

  3. At the end of the row with the subnet you wish to exclude, click Edit
    ​

  4. You will be presented with the below screen, uncheck the Participates In Discovery checkbox, then Save
    ​

  5. You will see an X in the Participates In Discovery column as per below
