Prerequisites
In order to view the software installed on a server you need to have setup the discovery. You can do this by following the guide Setting Up Software And CVE Discovery
Viewing Installed Software
To see the installed software, you need to navigate to Inventory > Software
Here you will see a list of software and it will indicate if there is a vulnerability. You can click on the name of the software which will provide you with the name of the vendor the software version, and a full list of servers where this software is installed.You can also see these per server in the Server Properties > Software
You will be presented with a full list of software on the server
