External Traffic: Server Hostname Tagging
The external traffic view now displays server hostnames as tags when applying filters, making it easier to identify and track traffic sources.
Filters: Subnet Exclusion
Previously, to exclude traffic from a subnet, users had to add each server individually to the Global Filters, which was time-consuming and inefficient. Now, you can filter out entire subnets at once, eliminating unwanted traffic and reducing noise in your data views.
Application Maps: Save Layout with Expanded IP Groups
You can now save map layouts with expanded IP groups, ensuring your preferred view is preserved for future sessions.
Dashboard: sFlow Count Integration
The dashboard VM counter now includes sFlow counts, providing a more comprehensive view.
The total number of servers is also displayed next to the sFlow title under Inventory for quick reference.
Application Maps: Show User Connections
When User Discovery is enabled, you can now view users connected to applications on the map.
An additional "User" column in the clientâs popup displays which users are associated with specific connection
Email Notifications: Hostname in Email Body
Email notifications now include the hostname in the email body for better clarity and quicker identification of affected servers.
SSL Insights: Improved CN Display
Now shows the Common Name (CN) for each certificate in the expanded view.
If multiple certificates are present, âMultiple Certificatesâ will still be shown in the collapsed view, with each CN displayed individually when expanded.
Application Maps: Filter by Connection Status
Added a new filter to display only active, failed, or other connection types on application maps.
This functionality mirrors the existing filter in Search results, with support for all map colors.
Optimization: Configurable Data Range
You can now adjust the data range used for performance and migration analysis, with options to increase or decrease the number of days (e.g., up to 90 days for Hyper-V). This setting is now available in the Global Parameters screen for easier configuration.
Maps: Hide Inactive IP Group Connections
Connections from IP Groups with no relevant traffic are now automatically hidden on the map, providing a cleaner and more focused view of active connections.
Filters: ASN Group Filtering
Added the ability to filter ASN groups when capturing external traffic.
Now you can include or exclude specific ASNs in Maps, making it easier to refine your traffic views based on Autonomous System Names.
Nutanix: Platform Details Enhancement
The âDescriptionâ field for each VM is now imported via the PC API and displayed in the âPlatform Detailsâ section, providing more comprehensive VM information.
Search: Enhanced Server and Connection Lists
The Search module now supports server and connection lists with customizable columns, similar to the functionality available in Maps, for a more tailored and detailed view.
Subnet Dependency: Save Layout Option
You can now save your subnet dependency layout, making it easier to maintain a consistent view for future sessions.
Load Balancers: Support for VMware Avi Load Balancer
Faddom now supports API integration with VMware Avi to allow retreiving the configured services and virtual servers.
