Faddom is licensed based on the number of unique IP addresses i.e. servers or Kubernetes services. If you have exceeded the number of servers in your license your maps will still show the connections to/from those servers however you will be missing many features including, but not limited to -

  • CPU, memory, and storage usage

  • Anomaly detection and charts

  • They will not appear in the Inactive Servers, Optimise, or Hypervisor Scaling features of Faddom

  • The Software Components will not be detected

To resolve this please contact our sales team to increase your license accordingly by emailing info@faddom.com

Alternatively, you can exclude specific subnets so the less relevant servers to your maps are not included in discovery. See our guide on How to Exclude Subnets from Discovery
