If proxy is missing/unregistered connect to the Tomcat server via SSH.
Confirm Tomcat is running
sudo systemctl status tomcat
If not, run
sudo systemctl start tomcat
Register the proxy
sudo /opt/illuminit/registerLocalProxy.sh
Reregister proxy
