Instead of port mirroring the below procedure can be used to capture NetFlow -

Lower bandwidth overhead

VMware > Cluster > Configure > VM/Host Rules > Keep VM Together > Add Sensor + Second VM receiving NetFlow > Create Port Group & Enable Promiscuous Mode for the vLAN that was receiving NetFlow
