You can generate within Faddom a list of software that is allowed to be on computers and servers in your environment and be alerted if an unauthorized program is installed. This will create a starting point where and, if needed, you can delete sotfware that is not allowed in your environment. This allows you to maintain a secure environment and together with our External Traffic Detection and Subnet Dependencies features ensure your environment is secure.
First run Software And CVE Discovery.
Got Settings > Software Policy
Here you can either click on Generate Policy to allow all detected software and/or add software manually
Navigate to Inventory > Software
Unauthorized software will appear at the top in red and you can click on Policy Violations to see a complete list
